EXHIBIT F- Other Permits and Licenses
A zoning permit from Washington County will be obtained.
An Air Pollution permit will not be needed since we will remove less than 70,000 tons per year
from this site.
This is an open pit operation and ground water will not be exposed, so a well permit and
temporary supply pan is unnecessary.
A storm water management plan will not be prepared for this pit, as there is not a potential for
surface water leaving the site.
A dredge fill permit(404)is not required because waters of the United States will not be
impacted.
No permits are required from the Bureau of Land Management or US Forest Service.
No additional permits or licenses are required.
EXHIBIT G- Source of Legal Right to Enter
A copy of the agreement between Washington County and Stan Laybourn is attached.
EXHIBIT H—Municipalities within a Two-Mile Radius
Cope is an unincorporated community.
