® Well permit no. 33500-F (for mine seepage, no well constructed) was issued to Western Fuels - <br />Utah, Inc. and is approved to divert 50 of/yr of ground water tributary to the Scullion Gulch, a <br />tributary of the White River, at a point where unappropriated water is available for withdrawal, at <br />224.5 gpm, for industrial uses associated with the Deserado Mine. The well is located in the <br />NESE, Sec 4, Twp 2 North, Range 101 West of the 61h P.M. <br />® BME currently has three monitoring wells: permit no. 279067 (well 22-2L) located in the NESW, <br />Sec 22, Twp 3 North, Range 101 West of the 61h P.M., and permit nos. 279068 (well 22-3M) & <br />279069 (well 310122-3 a.k.a. 22-3U), both located in the SESE Sec 22, Twp 3 North, Range 101 <br />West of the 6th P.M. Upon conclusion of the monitoring program the well owner shall plug the <br />well in accordance with Rule 16 of the Water Well Construction Rules. A Well Abandonment <br />Report must be completed and submitted to the Division of Water Resources within 60 days of <br />plugging. <br />COMMENTS: <br />The applicant may contact the State Engineer's Office with any questions. <br />
