The statements in the Application are true. <br />2. The name of the structure is Martin -Crawford Ditch, Ute Enlargement. <br />3. The name and address of the Clainont: Ute Water Conservancy District; <br />P. 0. Box 460; G!tnd Junction, CO 81502. <br />4. 'the source of the water is Rapid Creek, tributory to the Colorado <br />River. <br />The point of diversion is approximately are mile upstreala on Rapid <br />Creek from the Ute WatFr Treatment Plart in Sec. i, T. 11 S., R. 98 W. of the <br />6th P.H. at a poiet vrher.ce the NW Corner of slid Sec. 1 bears N. 46°15'08" W. <br />3945.0 feet. <br />This is also the point of diversion of the Fiartin-Crawford Ditch. <br />b. On April 28, 1986, in Case No. 84CN291, the Water Referee for Water <br />Division No. 5 awarded to Martin -Crawford Ditch, Ute Enlargement, 8.0 c.f.s. <br />conditional, to be used as an emergency supply of water in case of disruption <br />of the existing raw water supply for general municipal uses, includinn <br />domestic, irrigation, mechanical, rwinufacturing, generation of power, fire <br />protection, sewage treatri?vt, street sprinkling, watering of parks, lawns and <br />grounds and maintaining adequate municipal reserve3 with Ute's Water System, <br />with Appropriation date of May 1, 1982. The Claimant was directed to file an <br />Applicatio:l for Finding of Reasonable Diligence in the develo;ment of this <br />conditional water right in April of 1990 to maintain said conditiona'. water <br />right in f0 l force and effect. This Ruling of Referee was confirmed and made <br />a Decree of the Court on May 27, 1986. <br />
