ov I <br />RAPID CREkX <br />MARTIN CRAWF'ORD DITCH <br />Ditch No. 76 Priority No. 564 <br />That said ditch is entitled to Priority No.567 It is <br />claimed by Ergine H. Stewart, and is a ditch used for the irrigation <br />of land, taking its supply of water from Rapid Creek, in Water Dis- <br />trict No. 42. The headgate is located at a point on the right bank <br />of said creek, whence the northwest corner of Section 1, Township <br />11 South, Range 98 West of the 6th P.M, bears north 48° 341 fest <br />4047.6 feet. <br />IT IS H6Rt;HY ADJUDGED AND DhCR&,,D that there be allowed to flow <br />into said ditch from said stream for the use aforesaid and for the <br />benefit of the parties lawfully entitled thereto under and by virtue <br />of said appropriation by secondary construction and Priority No.567 <br />s <br />1.3 cubic feet of water per second of time, with date of Priority <br />of June 28, 1929. <br />
