This was an aerial inspection with Harry Ranney of the Division taking the arerial photographs. I, <br />Robin Reilley ,with the Division reviewed the photographs on 26 October 2016 and prepared the following <br />inspection report. It appears the weather was clear and the site dry at the time of inspection. <br />INSPECTION: <br />ROADS Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3), 4.03.2(3); Drainage 4.03.1(4), 4.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance <br />4.03.1(5) and (6) 4.03.2(5) and (6). <br />o The road into the facility appeared to be in good working order. <br />o No fugitive dust was being generated. <br /> <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE- Rule 4.05 <br />General Requirements 4.05.1; Divergence and Conveyance of Overland Flow 4.05.3; Diversions 4.05.4; <br />Sediment Control Measures 4.05.5, 4.05.6. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Photo 1: Site overview. <br /> <br />At the north edge of the permit boundary <br />along the neighbors fence line, water is <br />flowing on to the permit boundary and <br />causing onsite erosion impacts <br />comprised of sediment deposition, rill <br />and gullly formation. <br />o Flowing water has created surface <br />disturbance and this has been <br />stableized, straw bales added and <br />secured. <br />o No offsite impacts were observed <br />at time of inspection. <br />o No large bare areas or significant <br />erosion problems were observed at <br />the time of inspection. <br /> <br />
