The liner was in place. No problems <br />were noted. <br /> <br /> Photo 2: Pond 1. <br />o Pond 006A, held water. No water was flowing in or discharging. Structures appeared to <br />be adequately functioning. A pumping system was in place to pump water from the Pond <br />to water trucks. Water trucks for road watering were observed being filed at the time of <br />inspection, and road watering was observed. <br />o Pond 007A was pumped to Pond 006A during the last week of August, 2016. <br />o Pond 08 was recently pumped (6 September 2016), held some water due to recent rains. <br />Embankments appeared stable and adequately vegetated at the time of inspection. <br /> <br /> Photo 3: Pond 8 looking south from the RDA. <br /> <br />o Among the culverts inspected the following were verified on the maps submitted with <br />RN6 and appeared free of sediment and to be functioning properly. <br />CA, CB, C12a, C17a (designed at 36, field verified at 24 inches in diameter), C16, C19 (north <br />side and across from clean coal storage), C20, C23 (designed at 30inches and field verified at 24 <br />inches in diameter), C32, C34, C36, C39, C40, C41, C45, C46, and C8
