6.4. 9 Exhibit I <br /> Soils Information <br /> Soil series within the proposed permit boundary include Kim loam, Kim- <br /> Shingles complex, Louviers-Travessilla complex, Midway-Cascajo complex and <br /> Travessil la-Rock outcrop. The target soils are Travessil la-Rock outcrop and Louviers- <br /> Travessilla complex. The following soil series descriptions were obtained from the <br /> National Soil Conservation Service website. <br /> Kim loam is well drained fan terraces composed of loam in the top three inches <br /> and clay loam to the extent of the investigation. <br /> Kim-Shingles complex is well drained breaks and hills composed of loamy <br /> alluvium and/or eolian deposits. <br /> Louviers-Travessilla complex loam is well drained residuum weathered from <br /> shale and siltstone with bedrock within three inches of ground surface. <br /> Midway-Cascajo complex is well drained slope alluvium over residuum <br /> weathered from shale with bedrock within 15 inches of ground surface. <br /> Travessil la-Rock outcrop is well drained loam residuum weathered from <br /> sandstone with bedrock within four inches of ground surface. <br /> 9 <br />
