Box 191 <br />Victor, CO 80860 <br /> <br />Re: Project, Permit No. M-1980-244; <br /> Technical Revision (TR-78) Approval <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Henris: <br /> <br />On October 25, 2016 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision <br />application submitted to the Division on July 11, 2016, addressing the following: <br /> Power & Light Installation at the HGM & SGVLF Construction Specification Changes <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 78 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. <br />M-1980-244. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1980-244 remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />An email received by the Division on October 25, 2016 confirmed an error was included in the reclamation cost <br />estimate received by the Division on August 31, 2016 and that the associated reclamation cost for this revision <br />should be $2,455. The Division accepts the revised cost. When added to the previous estimated liability amount <br />of $173,373,051.00 (approval of TR-79, dated August 19, 2016) the new estimated liability is $173,375,506.00. <br />The performance bond currently held by the Division is $ $173,934,420.00. Therefore, the surplus warranty is <br />now $558,914.00. Please note TRs 81, 82, 83 are currently being reviewed by the Division and may or may not <br />have impacts on the financial warranty.
