The proof of sale will be <br />included in the PR-6 application. The Town of Palisade is going to hold an opening ceremony for the proposed <br />shooting range on their property sometime within the next month, but a date has not be determined yet. The <br />ceremony will create a disturbance on .5 acres of reclamation that has not been bond released. <br /> <br />The reclaimed road through the north facilities area (photo 3), the road along the ditch to Pond 13 and Pond 13 <br />(photo 4) all appeared stable. There were no signs of rills or gullies. The vegetation on these areas looks good. <br /> <br />The areas of Pond 6, 7, 10, 11 and CBA 1 all appear to be stable and be well vegetated. <br /> <br />The substation areas A and B appear to be stable. There were no signs of rills or gullies and the vegetation looks <br />good. <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02: <br /> The disturbance boundary markers were in place around substations A & B, ponds 6, 7, 10, 11, and 13, <br />CBA 1, north facilities area and North Decline. <br /> <br />Mine entrance signs were in place at the fruit stand, North Decline and along Coal Creek Road. <br /> <br />ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE <br /> <br />No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection, nor are any pending. <br /> <br />PHOTOGRAPHS <br /> Photo 1 – North Decline Culvert Photo 2 – Carey Pond is Dry
