Cunningham <br /> Colorado DBMS <br /> 1313 Sherman St., Room 215 <br /> Denver, Colorado 80203 <br /> Dear Mr. Cunningham, <br /> Patrick Maher of Venture Resources Inc. and Dustin Krajewski and Devin Black <br /> of Rettew Inc. tested both the up-gradient and down-gradient wells at the Hukill Gulch <br /> millsite on September 24t', 2016. The results are as follows: <br /> Up-gradient well: <br /> 1) Unlocked and opened the security cap. <br /> 2) Inserted a geotech .84xl2 inch bailer-style sampler into the casing and <br /> lowered it via a clean nylon cord. <br /> 3) Let sampler reside on bottom for 4 minutes. <br /> 4) No water was collected and therefore the well was dry. <br /> Down- gradient well: <br /> 1) Unlocked and opened the security cap. <br /> 2) Inserted a geotech .84xl2 inch bailer-style sampler into the casing and <br /> lowered it via a clean nylon cord. <br /> 3) Let sampler reside on bottom for 4 minutes. <br /> 4) No water was collected and therefore the well was dry. <br /> The water level in the tailings pond is down about 3 inches due to evaporation, <br /> there is no indication of leakage in the liner. <br /> See the attached report submitted by Rettew Inc., an independent environmental <br /> company. <br /> Submitted by: <br /> 4�- lwl� <br /> Patrick D.
