Oblique aerial photographs were taken on October 20, 2016 and reviewed in the Denver office by <br />Jason Musick of the Division on October 24, 2016. The sky was clear and site conditions observed in the <br />photographs were dry at the time of the inspection. No operation or reclamation activities were observed during <br />the inspection. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, <br />4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water <br />Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Drainage – Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; <br />Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> <br />The sediment pond was dry with no evidence of recent discharge observed in the aerial photographs. The dug-out <br />pond was dry with no discharge evident at the time of the inspection. Embankments were well vegetated and <br />stable with no evidence of erosion and no issues noted. <br /> <br />The haul road ditches and lower yard ditches were observed as being clear and stable at the time of the inspection <br />with no problems noted. <br /> <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br /> <br />Facilities remaining on-site are the concrete pad from the shop and the office. A portion of the crushing and <br />screening plant and the truck scale and scale house remain on site. Footers and wing walls remain. <br /> <br />The site is stable with no issues noted at the time of the inspection. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
