Oblique aerial photographs were taken on October 20, 2016 and reviewed in the Denver office by <br />Jason Musick of the Division on October 24, 2016. The sky was clear and site conditions observed in the <br />photographs were dry at the time of the inspection. No operation or reclamation activities were observed during <br />the inspection. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, <br />4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water <br />Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Drainage – Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; <br />Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> <br />Ponds 1, 2, 3, 4, West Ridge Pond, ROM Pond, WS-1 Pond and WS-2 Pond were observed in the photographs. <br />All ponds were dry during the inspection, with no evidence of recent run-off observed. No run-off was observed <br />in established ditches or from the reclamation areas in the photographs. No problems were noted. <br /> <br />All established ditches observed in the photographs were stable with no evidence of instability or damage. <br /> <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br /> <br />Reclaimed areas at both the East and West mines were stable with no evidence of instability, erosion, or damage in <br />the aerial photographs. <br /> <br /> <br />DOCUMENTS RECEIVED - NA <br />OTHER (SPECIFY) - NA <br /> <br />
