<br /> <br />Public Notice <br /> <br /> <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado <br />Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on October 20, 2016, a minor revision application (MR-42) to <br />the King Coal Mine, Permit No. C-1981-035, operated by GCC Energy, LLC, 6473 Co. Rd. 120, <br />Hesperus, CO 81326-9633 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. This revision proposes to <br />update the La Plata County Land Use Permit for the King Coal Mine, which is in King II Appendix 2(1) <br />of the PAP, and it proposes to update the PAP section with licenses and permits (Section 2.03.10). The <br />applicant is not proposing additional surface disturbance outside of the area currently approved for <br />disturbance. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated <br />thereunder initiate from this date of filing. <br /> <br /> <br /> Posted October 20, 2016 <br /> <br /> C-MR-03
