• Water Augmentation Plan Status (regarding CDRMS Permit Stipulation 17)
1. Agreements have been signed with Huntington Ranches, LLC to "dry -up" a number of
acres of irrigated land and lease water rights to GCC Energy, LLC.
2. Hay Gulch Ditch Company is in agreement with the transaction and is ready to
implement water usage by GCC Energy, LLC from the Huntington Ditch pending
approval by the La Plata County Water Conservancy District ( LPCWCD).
3. La Plata County Water Conservancy District concerns are all met and agreed to by
attorneys on both sides. Augmentation Plan is pending a resolution and signatures by
LPCWCD at their next meeting.
