These FOS values are based on DRMS Table 1 strength measurements resulting <br />from multiple tests. The response is adequate. <br />c. Potential for saturated colluvium. The Division disagrees the quote alluding to a <br />saturated colluvium is misleading as short-term saturated conditions are frequent <br />triggers of large slope failures.
