Everist has been working with PDC
Energy, Inc., and has assured them of our commitment to maintaining the safety of their
structures at the Carbon Valley Resource site.
We now respectfully submit a recently signed Permittee/Structure Owner Agreement for the
permanent man-made structures owned by PDC Energy, Inc. on or within 200-ft of the Carbon
Valley Resource site. This agreement came in right after we submitted Adequacy Response #1,
hence why I am sending it under separate cover.
The slope stability analysis conducted by Deere &Ault (and submitted in the Adequacy
Response # 1 packet) also shows that the setbacks we shall have in place will adequately
protect any structures from our operations.
If you have questions, please feel free to contact me at 303-286-2247, or Imshults@lgeverist.com.
Sincerely,
Lyn Mayer Shults
Regulatory Manager
Attachment:
-Permittee/Structure Owner Agreement- between PDC and LGE, dated 10/12116
CV-DRMS-Amend-PDC-StructAgmt-101416.docx
