EXHIBIT J <br />VEGETATION INFORMATION <br />The site where the mining will take place there are different kinds of grasses <br />Western Wheat Grass, Blue Grarnma Grass, Buffalo Grass. The 3 grass mixed <br />together make up for a good cover to prevent erosion from wind and rain run off. <br />Also is good for grazing cattle and the wildlife . it also with stands drought conditions. <br />In the area you will find Cactus, Yucca plants, Sage brush, some Berry bushes. <br />The area that surrounds the mining area is made up with the same grasses and <br />plant vegetation. There are no trees in the acres that are to be permited. <br />
