MANAGEMENT <br />The following documents have been prepared by the staff of J. E. Stover & Associates Inc., <br />Buckhorn Geotech, Huddleston Berry Engineering & Testing, Inc. (HBET) and Rare Earth <br />Sciences, LLC. Buckhorn Geotech prepared the original stability analyses for the disposal area, <br />dated October 26, 2006 and March 29, 2007 under the professional supervision of Brett Byler, <br />P. E., and Thomas E. Griepentrog, P.E. whose signatures appear in that section of the report. <br />HBET prepared a revised stability analyses , dated June 11, 2014 under the professional <br />supervision of Michael Berry, P.E. The T & E report was prepared by Rare Earth Sciences, LLC. <br />The remainder of the report was prepared by the staff of J. E.
