Newmont hereby withdraws the TR#84 submittal. Newmont respectfully <br /> requests a refund check be issued for the $1,006 Technical Revision fee. <br /> Newmont requests an extension to the decision date for TR #81 — High Grade Mill Vat Leach <br /> Containment to Amendment No. 10 of Permit M-1980-244. Newmont requests to extend the <br /> decision date 6 weeks from October 5, 2016 to November 16th, 2016.
