I, Carlos R. Escobar, Secretary of Solvay Chemicals, Inc. (the "Company"),
hereby state the following pursuant to 43 C.F.R. § 3502.30: E

(a) Citizenship. Following the merger effective December 31, 2015 of American
Soda, L.L.P., a Colorado limited liability partnership, with and into Solvay
Chemicals, Inc., a Delaware corporation, the surviving entity is Solvay
Chemicals, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State
of Delaware. Solvay Chemicals, Inc. is qualified to do business as a foreign
corporation in the State of Colorado.
(b) Stockholders. Solvay Chemicals, Inc. is a Delaware corporation whose stock is
owned by Solvay America, Inc., a Delaware corporation, that is a wholly owned
subsidiary of Solvay Holding Inc., a Delaware corporation. All the capital stock
of Solvay Holding Inc. is owned directly or indirectly by Solvay S.A., a Belgian E
corporation.
