EXHIBIT "B"- Site Description <br /> RECEIVED <br /> M-2016-022 �OCT 12 2016 <br /> From: Arnolds Custom Seeding, LLC <br /> DIVISION OF RECLAMATION <br /> MINING AND SAFETY <br /> From the intersection of CR69 and CR16 the access road to the mine is approximately <br /> 1360 feet to the East on the South side of CR16. From this point, the mine area is to the East of <br /> the access road. The total area to be mined will not exceed 9.9 acres. The current exsisting use <br /> of the area is as cropland for crop production. Upon completion of mining, reclamation of the <br /> disturbed area will take place putting the area back into cropland production. <br /> The surface and mineral owner of the mine area is Richard Huwa. There are existing <br /> manmade structures within 200ft of the mining area. The structures to the North include the <br /> County Road, a water well owned by Mark Arnusch, an overhead power line owned by Morgan <br /> County REA, a high pressure gas line owned by Xcel Energy, and a fiber optic owned by Century <br /> Link. To the South the structures within the 200ft of the mine area include some old farm <br /> buildings owned by Rich Huwa. There are no structures to the East or West within the 200ft <br /> buffer. <br />
