Access to the wells MW BF -63 through MV BF -67 will be achieved using existing two -track
access. One well MW BF -63 will be access across reclamation on a new two -track road. All wells will be
installed on Elk Ridge deeded property. Drill pads (not a pad as you would normally see associated with a
drill rig) will entail pushing up the topsoil into a windrow in a space big enough for the rig. There will not be
any cut/fill associated with the drilling location. Also, there will not be any drilling pit(s) to support the
drilling. All drilling fluids etc., will be contained and haul offsite.
Based on the information provided by the operator a cost estimate was conducted and acknowledged by the
operator.
