The application was deemed complete on <br />October 7, 2016. <br /> <br />Snowcap Coal Company is proposing a hydrological communication repair plan, cost estimate for <br />repair plan and reclamation plan as required by MR-82. The applicant is proposing additional <br />surface disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance. <br /> <br />Permit Revision (PR), Permit Renewal (RN), or Technical Revision (TR) application materials are <br />available for review at the Mesa County Clerk and Recorder, 200 S. Spruce Street, Grand Junction, <br />CO 81501 and at the Division’s Denver office.
