In addition to this clarification, it would be very <br />helpful for NECC to include a summary table in the PAP listing the ditches and the associated <br />design pa ramet¢rs. <br />Section VII —Reclamation Liability and Performance Bondin¢ <br />The Division estimates the reclamation liability for mining operations to be $842,218.36_ The Division <br />currently holds a cash bond in the amount of $927,121.00 for the Lorencito Canyon Mine. No increase <br />in bond is required from the operator at this time. <br />This concludes the 2014 Midterm Review of the Lorencito Canyon Mine.
