Hello Brian,
The Division will allow Seneca Property, LLC to extend the due date for submittal of the 2015 Annual Hydrology Report
for Seneca II West Mine, C1982-057, and Yoast Mine, C1994-082 until October 21, 2016.
Please be aware that the water year for the 2016 Annual Hydrology Report just ended on September 30, 2016, and is
due to the Division on March 30, 2017.

Sorry - Was out last Thursday and Friday taking water classes in Rifle. Since the three of us are tag -teaming a lot
lately, and out of the office here and there, please cc all three of us when sending future communications. FYI -
WWC left me a message regarding SIIW AHR. They indicated they are 90% done with that one. I anticipate getting
it out this week.
On behalf of Seneca property, LLC I am requesting an extension of the dues dates for the subject AHRs until
October 21St, 2016. 1 anticipate that They will be completed before that date.
