The purpose of this revision is to provide documentation that the existing
ditches and culverts are sufficient to cant' the rerouted stormwater flows. The attached map shows the former
flow path and the new flow path that now carries flows from the Materials Storage Bench (MSB), around the
LRP and to Pond MB -5E. The former path was through a longer culvert (that was damaged by heavy wet
snows causing leaks earlier this year) and through culvert C5E-24 to ditch D5E-6, that also flowed to Pond MB -
5E. As shown on the attached calculation sheets, the maximum designed flows in each of the ditches and
culverts downstream of culvert C5E-25 are large enough to also carry the flows added from the MSB. Copies
of the existing approved ditch and culvert designs from Exhibit 66 are also provided for your convenience.
Please contact me at (970) 929-2308 or by e-mail should you have questions regarding this submittal.
Sincerely,
Jessica A.
