<br />Notice Representative of theSteamboat Pilot & Today,
<br />that the same is a daily newspaper printed, in whole
<br />or in part, and published in the County of Routt,
<br />State of Colorado, and has a general circulation
<br />therein; that said newspaper has been published
<br />continuously and uninterruptedly in said County of
<br />Routt for a period of more than fifty-two weeks prior
<br />to the first publication of the annexed legal notice or

<br />PUBLIC NOTICE
<br />Twontymile Coal, LLC (TC), 29515 Routt
<br />County Road 27, Oak Creek, Colorado
<br />80167, has submitted an application for a
<br />Technical Revisions (TR) to the Foidel Creek
<br />Mine, Permit Number C-82.056. The revi-
<br />sion (TR16 85) addresses a modification to
<br />the existing approved mining permit to re-
<br />duce hydrologic monvtonng of stream morr-
<br />tonng sites and alluvial groundwater monitor-
<br />ing wells. This revision w i deactivate moni-
<br />toring sites that are no longer needed. A total
<br />oftwo stream monitoring sites and three al-
<br />luvial groundwater monitoring well sites are
<br />proposed to be deactivated. In addition, INs
<br />revision addresses modification to the
<br />stream monitoring schedule to reflect moni-
<br />toring events to start in April rather than
<br />March due to winter conditions present dig -
<br />Ing the month of Mareh-

<br />mately e2,607 acres, located approximately
<br />notices and advertisements within the meanie of the

<br />7.3 utiles northwest of Oak Creek on Routt
<br />County Road 27. Mine offices and major
<br />surface facilities are located adjacent to

<br />Foidel Creek, near the intersection of these
<br />two roads. The mine permit area is covered
<br />newspaper for the period of I consecutive insertions;
<br />by the Cow Creek, Dunkley, Milner, Mount
<br />Harris, Oak Creek, and Rattlesnake Butte
<br />and that the first publication of said notice was in the
<br />USGS 7.5 minute quadrangle maps. The
