In accordance with <br /> Construction Material Rule 3.1.5(9), the following information is provided in support of this Notice: <br /> (a) Inert fill material will be obtained from a variety of off-site sources within the <br /> vicinity of the Longmont Operation site from time to time as such inert materials from <br /> excavation activities for construction of basements and buildings, land clearing, demolition <br /> projects, and road and highway construction become available. The off-site materials will <br /> be accepted in accordance with AI's "Inert Material Acceptance Policy" a copy of which is <br /> enclosed. This material will be incorporated into the reclamation of the sand and gravel <br /> mine site operated under MLRB I I2c Permit No. M-1994-027, located in the SE 1/4 SW '/4, <br /> Section 9,NW 'A Section 16 and E %2 NE 1/4 Section 17, all in Township 2 North, Range 68 <br /> West, Weld County, Colorado. <br /> (b) The approximate volume of inert material to be imported and backfilled as set forth <br /> in(a) above is estimated to be a maximum of 500,000 cubic yards. <br /> (c) Enclosed is an affidavit certifying that the material to be imported is clean and inert, <br /> as defined in Rule 1.1(20). <br /> (d) As noted in the Division's report of its June 1, 2016 inspection,the site has utilitized <br /> import material.
