The <br /> DWR's position is that they would like to visit the site after construction before determining if a 30 day <br /> leak test is required. Al commits to doing any testing or repairs that DWR may require at that time. <br /> Equity Fundine September 21,2018 Comments <br /> Please refer to the enclosed September 23,2016 Memo from Tetra Tech for responses to comments <br /> submitted by Fred Orr,Manager of Equity Funding LLC.
