MANAGEMENT <br />DRMS' letter dated September13, 2016 transmitted its adequacy review for the referenced <br />technical revision. On behalf of CAM Mining, LLC following are its responses to the DRMS' <br />comments and concerns. <br />In the proposed revised page, the 6th paragraph, beginning "On March 20..." has been <br />changed to refer to GW -5 when previously it referred to GW -6. Please explain the <br />reason behind the change to the text of the 6th paragraph. <br />CAM -Changed the reference back to GW -6. <br />2. Rule 4.07.3 gives performance standards for the permanent sealing of all underground <br />openings, including wells. Specifically, 4.07.3(3) requires that a plugging and <br />abandonment report should be submitted to the Division within 60 days of abandoning <br />a drill hole. Such reports are not readily available in the PAP for GW -2, -4, -7 and -8. <br />Please provide plugging and abandonment reports for GW -2, -4, -7 and -8. They should <br />be added to the PAP as a new appendix, and referred to in the text of section 2.6. <br />CAM — Abandonment reports for the referenced wells were submitted to DRMS by <br />letter dated September 13, 2007. They were received by DRMS September 17th. The <br />abandonment reports will be incorporated into the permit in Appendix P. <br />
