<br /> <br />Public Notice <br /> <br /> <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the <br />Colorado Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on September 26, 2016, a minor revision <br />application (MR-223) to the Trapper Mine, Permit No. C-1981-010, operated by Trapper Mining, Inc., <br />P.O. Box 187, Craig, CO 81626 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. This revisions <br />adds Monitoring Well 95-LW9 to Trapper’s monitoring network and bond liability. Well 95-LW9 was <br />drilled in 1995 as part of an exploration drilling program. The hole was drilled to 1,413 ft bgs, sealed <br />from 695 to 1,413 feet, and developed as a groundwater monitoring well for the Twentymile Sandstone <br />formation. This monitoring well would not be added to the current monitoring schedule but added as an <br />additional well for potential future monitoring. The well is located within Phase III release parcel D-C- <br />04 pending approval of SL17. The applicant is not proposing additional surface disturbance outside of <br />the area currently approved for disturbance. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act <br />and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing. <br /> <br /> <br /> Posted September 26, 2016 <br /> <br /> C-MR-03
