Box 670 <br />Hayden, CO 81639 <br />September 23, 2016 <br />Re: Hayden Gulch Load Out (C1992-081) <br />Dear Mr. Watterson: <br />Hayden Gulch Terminal, Inc. submitted the second quarter 2016 Pond Inspection report to the <br />Division on July 27, 2016, in accordance with Rule 4.05.9(17). The time period covers April 1, <br />2016 to June 30, 2016. <br />Two ponds are permitted on the Hayden Gulch Load Out permit area; the Truck Loop Pond <br />(outfall 001A) and the Rail Loop Pond (outfall 002A). Neither pond was discharging at the time <br />of the inspection. The inspection was conducted on May 4, 2016. No problems were identified <br />with either pond. <br />Thank you for the timely submittal of the Second Quarter 2016 Sediment Pond inspection <br />Reports. No maintenance items were identified with either pond.
