Pre-Mining and Mining Plan Maps <br /> approved through the original application have not changed except for ownership of record of some of the <br /> adjoining parcels of land. A I ist of the owners of record of surface and mineral rights and owners of <br /> record of land within 200 feet of the affected area is therefore enclosed as an amendment to the list of <br /> Property Owners within 200 feet as set forth in the currently approved pre-mining map. The parcel <br /> numbers on the enclosed amended list correspond with the parcel numbers on the currently approved pre- <br /> mining map. The enclosed list was updated at the time of the filing of this amendment application and <br /> notice was mailed to the owners of record at that time.
