Notice Representative of theSteamboat Pilot & Today,
that the same is a daily newspaper printed, in whole
or in part, and published in the County of Routt,
State of Colorado, and has a general circulation

PUBLIC NOTICE
Hayden Gulch Terminal LLC, 701 Market
Street, St. Louis, MO 63101, has filed with
the Colorado Diwsbn of Reclamation, Miring
and Safety, a Technical Revision (No. 11) to
the Hayden Gulch Loadout, Permit
C-92-081. The purpose of this revision is to
update the hydrology monitoring plan in the
Hayden GUch Loadout permit.
The Hayden Gulch Loadout is located ap-
proximately 1.5 miles south of the Town of
Hayden, Colorado. The rail spur crosses US
Highway 40 approximately 1,300 feet east of
Hayden and County Road 37 approximately
1.5 miles southeast of Hayden. The USGS
7.5 minute quadrangle map Mount Harris,
Colorado mrdains the permitarea. A precise
location of the boundaries is found in Tab 3
of the Permit Application Package.
