EXHIBIT E— Reclamation Plan
The reclamation plan is being changed. The original plan was to return the mined area to
cropland after spreading the stockpiled topsoil. Instead, the decision now is to slope, spread
the stockpiled topsoil, and seed for wildlife habitat. A seeding plan has been prepared by NRCS
and is attached.
a) The stockpiled topsoil will be spread evenly over the prepared area.
b) Slopes no greater than 3:1 will be left in the completed pit.
c) Any internal haul roads will be reclaimed as the pit it closed. The entrances into the
pit will be left in place at the request of the landowner.
d) The intermittent channel will be maintained when the pit is reclaimed, providing
uninterrupted drainage through the property.
EXHIBIT F— Reclamation Plan Map
The reclamation map shows the following items:
a) The anticipated physical appearance of the area, correlated to the proposed mining
areas and reclamation timetables. It also includes contour lines that portray the
direction and rate of slope of all reclaimed lands.
b) The map also indicates the final land use after reclamation.
