EXHIBIT C—Pre-mining and Mining Plan Map(s) of the Affected Area <br /> The Ward Pit mining plan maps show the following information: <br /> a) Adjoining surface owners of record as of the date of this application; <br /> b) The name and location of creeks, roads, building, oil and gas lines, and power and <br /> communication lines in the pit area and within 200 feet of the pit boundaries; <br /> c) The existing topography of the pit areas, including contour lines, which portray the <br /> direction and rate of slope of the affected land; <br /> d) The total area to be involved in the operation, including the area to be mined and the <br /> area of the affected lands; <br /> e) The type of existing vegetation covering the affected lands; <br /> f) Water information; <br /> g) The owner's name, type of structures, and location of all significant, valuable, the <br /> permanent man-made structures contained on the area of affected lands and within <br /> 200 feet of the affected lands; <br /> h) Soils information at the site; and <br /> i) An aerial photo. <br />
