The operator must <br /> provide sufficient information to describe or identify a plan to direct and control storm water and snow <br /> melt to prevent further erosion from taking place. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS COMPLETED:We are submitting a Technical Revision,with the required$216 <br /> revision fee, addressing the storm water management plan.There is an existing berm along and just <br /> inside the North permit boundary of the mine area.This existing berm did not extend to the North East <br /> corner of the permitted area.
