(TMCC) is pleased to submit responses to comments from Adequacy <br /> Review No. 4 for the Applicant's 112 permit application for the proposed Hitch Rack Ranch Quarry <br /> operation (M-2016-010). TMCC has addressed the comments by revising the necessary text, <br /> figures, and addendums. These text, figures, and addendums are intended to supersede the <br /> previously submitted documents in their entirety. Revised text has been highlighted for ease in <br /> comparing the previous and current documents. TMCC is also submitting additional structure <br /> agreement information and proof of submittal to the County Clerk and Recorder. Listed below <br /> are the exhibits and the changes made to each document. Responses to each comment are also <br /> listed in the attached document. The list also includes the current version for each exhibit; the <br /> date listed matches the date on the cover of the permit submittal package. Exhibits with multiple <br /> documents may have current information in multiple submittals. <br /> Upon further review of the permit documents, TMCC noticed that the introduction to several <br /> addendum reports stated the size of the Hitch Rack Ranch property as approximately 1500 acres <br /> to 1522 acres. These reports were prepared by multiple authors at various times throughout the <br /> compilation of the CDRMS permit application.
