The sump prior to the sit fence held water but was not <br />discharging from the sump and silt fence. <br /> <br />The three upland diversion culverts located near the portals were inspected. The trash guard located along t he <br />middle diversion culvert located just to the left of the belt line portal needs to be cleaned.
