The following item is incomplete for the application to be processed: <br /> 1. Hydrologic Balance Infraction from November 19,201S to be rectified prior to Succession of Operator <br /> transfer approval. Site is improperly impounding surface drainage/runoff. Submit documentation from the <br /> State Engineer's Office demonstrating that the impoundment of water in this pit is authorized by that office. <br /> Operator could also remove impediments to proper surface drainage. <br /> Please return the required documentation to the Division before November 14,2016 to complete the application for <br /> approval. All completed permit documents are required to be submitted for consideration of your Request for <br /> Transfer of Mineral Permit and Succession of Operators Application. An incomplete application will be denied after <br /> the 60 day submittal request if requested documents or information are not received.
