If information on sites in the project area was found,detailed information follows the summary. If no sites or districts were found, but surveys are known to have been conducted in the project area, survey information follows the summary. We do not have complete information on surveys conducted in Colorado,and our site files cannot be considered complete because most of the state has not been surveyed for cultural resources. There is the possibility that as yet unidentified cultural resources exist within the proposed impact area. Therefore,in the event there is Federal or State involvement,we recommend that a professional survey be conducted to identify-any cultural resources in the project area,which are eligible to be listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
