Exhibit G
Water Information
The operation is not expected to directly affect surface or groundwater systems.
Daily water requirements for dust control in both processing and mining are not expected to exceed
100,000 gallons per day, which is about 140 gallons per minute (0.31 cubic feet per second) over a 12
hour period.
The property owner has sufficient water rights from the Colorado River, Wanda's Wash, and tailwater
collection in both conditional and absolute form for industrial and agricultural uses of at least 3 cubic
feet per second absolute and 4 cubic feet per second conditional. Water diversions for daily operations
for operational dust control will not exceed these legal water rights. It is anticipated that Wanda's wash
will be utilized 50 percent of the season, tailwater collection 40 percent of the season, and the Colorado
River 10 percent of the season.
All storm water will be contained on site, therefore an NPDES permit with the Water Quality Control
Division at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment is not expected to be required at
this time.
11Pa
s
