No representative of
EFCI was present during any of the inspection.

The weather was clear and warm, and the ground was dry. The field inspection entailed the MW-NW road and
road spur as well as the reclaimed Substation #2 (and road to the substation).

RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3:
No erosion problems were seen with reclamation at Substation #2 or the road to it.

The MW-NW road and the reclaimed spur off of this road were inspected. No erosion, large bare spots, or weed
patches were seen on these roads. At the main road to MW-NW, it is still apparent that this is a two-track, but
vegetation is emerging in the bare areas.

REVEGETATION – Rule 4.15
Vegetative Cover; Timing:
The road to Substation #2 (reclaimed in 2015) is mostly bare of vegetation, especially in the middle between the
substation and the road to the nearby houses. The substation itself has significant vegetation including Curlycup
gumweed, sweet clover, and sunflowers. Emergent grasses were also seen.
