Each area was
inspected for erosion and other problems that could hinder the post-mining land use of dryland pasture (grazing)
with permanent roads and wells. None of these problems were seen.

The revegetated areas and the Dryland Pasture Reference Area were also inspected to determine if the vegetation
data in the bond release application from Oakridge looks reasonable when compared to the species of vegetation
seen on the ground. Mike Savage provided his working maps for use during the inspection; therefore the particular
vegetation data for each transect (Tables 4 and 5 in the application) were associated with the particular areas of the
mine.

Reclaimed Sediment Pond #1 and reclaimed Topsoil Stockpile #8
Predominant species seen in these two adjacent areas included wheatgrasses and Mountain Brome, as well as
Yellow Sweetclover in Topsoil Stockpile #8. For these two areas, the data in the application appears to match the
on-the-ground condition.

Looking south at Topsoil Stockpile #8
