Responses are in lime with the Division's comments/questions, <br /> with appropriate revised maps attached. <br /> Exhibit A -Legal Description <br /> 1. Per Rule 6.4.1(2). The main entrance to the mine site shall be located based on a USGS <br /> topographic map showing latitude and longitude or Universal Transverse Mercator(UYM. The <br /> operator will need to speck coordinates of latitude and longitude in degrees,minutes and seconds <br /> or in decimal degrees to an accuracy ofat leastfive(5)decimalplaces(e.g.,latitude 37.12345N, <br /> longitude 104.45678 Tf).For UTM, the operator will need to specify North American Datum(NAD) <br /> 1927,NAD 1983, or WGS 84,and the applicable zone,measured in meters.Please indicate on the <br /> Exhibit-A Map the location of the entrance to the mine site given the submitted coordinates. <br /> Per Rule 6.4.1(2), the main entrance to the mine site has been located based on the USGS Parachute <br /> Quadrangle (topographic), with the latitude and longitude indicated on the map in Exhibit B. <br /> Exhibit C -Pre-mining and Minim Plan May(s) of Affected Lands <br /> 2. One map C-1 please label both the power line and the easement as being owned byXcel. <br /> See the revised Map C-1 that is attached. <br /> 3. Delineate the Union Pacific railroad right ofwayon map C-1.It shall include the railroad and <br /> culverts owned by UP. <br /> See the revised Map C-1 that is attached. <br /> Exhibit D -Mining Plan <br /> 4. Specify the maximum highwall height anticipated during mining. Will you mine all 30ft to bedrock? <br /> The maximum mining highwall is expected to be 30 feet.
