PERMIT#:M-2003-074 <br /> INSPECTOR'S INITIALS:MAC <br /> INSPECTION DATE:August 15,2016 <br /> Revegetation: <br /> The Division observed chamomile and canada thistle throughout the site. Both chamomile and canada thistle <br /> are species on the Colorado Noxious Weed List. Pursuant to Rule 3.1.10(6), methods of weed control shall be <br /> employed for all prohibited noxious weed species. The presence of noxious weeds at the mine has been cited <br /> as a problem and will require corrective action by the Operator. Please see the first page of this report for <br /> additional information. <br /> The Division recommends the Operator contact the Teller-Park Conservation District for assistance in <br /> developing a Weed Control Plan.
