#9 Section 2.04 includes two "Table 11 "s within the body of the text. The text is a compilation of two reports, <br />each of which reference a Table 11. Each table is in proper sequence based on the reference to it in the text. <br />The Table 11 Preliminary Springs and Seeps originated in the original permit application. The report with the <br />other table 11 was added by TR -56 in 2011. In this context, New Elk believes that no modification to the original <br />reports are required. <br />DRMS 23June 2016: <br />10. The pagination of section 2.05 was corrupted by TR -68, which revised a large section, but not all, <br />of the text. Currently section 2.05 comprises 157 pages which are numbered as follows: <br />a) Page 1 through 74 are numbered as such in the top right corner, with a footer in three <br />parts: "Section 2.05"; [Revision]; [Date]. <br />b) Pages 75 through 103 are numbered at the bottom of the page as "2.05-61" through "2.05- <br />87". A revised date is also shown at the bottom right corner of these pages. <br />C) Pages 104 through 114 are numbered "88" through "98" in the top right corner, with a <br />footer in three parts: "Section 2.05 Part 2"; [Revision]; [Date]. <br />d) Pages 115 through 157 comprise the figures for section 2.05 preceded by a Figures Table <br />of Contents. The pages are not numbered but are identified by figure number. <br />#10 Section 2.05 has been repaginated to correct this deficiency: <br />o Pages 1-72 remain paginated as originally submitted with TR -68 <br />DRMS: 7 September: No electronic copy of revised pages was submitted. The above statement appears to be incorrect as <br />TR68 as TR70 make up this section. On 15 August 2016 DRMS received revised pages as follows: <br />o Two set of pages 73 — 114 for Section 2.05 <br />o One set of pages 73-115 for Section 2.05 <br />a) Please check and confirm that the pagination for TR 68 and TR 70 is correct and that revised pages <br />submitted flow correctly. Pagination between revised pages and current pages in document are incorrect or <br />do not flow correctly please submit corrections. <br />Please submit electronic copy of revised pages. <br />o Pages 73-101 have been scanned and repaginated starting with page73 and are enclosed with <br />this submittal. <br />b) Please confirm the most recent update date for the revised pages submitted in association with RN6 for pages <br />73 and on. Revised pages show 21 April 2016. <br />The submitted revised pages 73 through 115 do not flow correctly for insertion into the permit. It is unclear <br />where these pages should reside in the permit. Please check page numbers and text, resubmit correctly <br />paginated text referencing the section as 2.05.3(4) on page footers. <br />Please verify that any repagination changes are carried over to the Table of Contents. <br />Subsequent pages have been repaginated starting at 74 and are enclosed with this submittal. <br />This revision was submitted to DRMS on May 18, 2016.
