This is submitted in reply to NEC's response to adequacy <br />questions sent by DRMS on 9 August 2016. <br />On 22 August 2016, DRMS received 3 hard copies of: <br />1. Map 11 Sheet 2 New Elk Mine Site Plan East Portal Utilities <br />2. Map 13 East Portal Sediment and Surface Water Control Plan <br />3. Map 14 West Portal Sediment and Surface Water Control Plan <br />On 15 August 2016 DRMS received revised pages as follows: <br />1. Two set of pages 73 - 114 for Section 2.05 <br />2. One set of pages 73-115 for section 2.05 <br />3. One set of pages 33-34 for Section 2.05 <br />4. One set of pages 1-5 Table of Contents <br />5. One page 26 for section 2.05 <br />6. One page 28 for section 2.05 <br />No electronic files were received for any revised pages or Maps. <br />DRMS respectfully requests that electronic files for revised pages and maps be e-mailed and that one hard <br />copy set of all revised pages be mailed. Please continue to submit 3 hard copies of maps in addition to an <br />electronic file for map reviews.
