It can oe in the form of metes & bounds survey or a <br /> description oy reference to township, range, and section, to at least the nearest <br /> quarter-quarter section. Where applicable, the street address or lot number(s) may be <br /> used. <br /> EXHIBIT d - Mining Plan <br /> This can be a general discussion of the metnods, equipment, phases or stages of the <br /> operation and tnose areas of land affected oy each. The plan should be correlated with <br /> the map and should show wnere extraction will oegin, and wnich direction, if any, it <br /> will proceed. <br /> EXHI6IT C - Map <br /> Tnis map should clearly define the permit boundaries and contain sufficient information <br /> to determine the location of the affected land on the ground and existing and proposed <br /> roads or access routes to oe used in connection with the mining operation. All <br /> immediately adjacent landowners of record must oe shown. The quarter section corner, <br /> section line, or any other locataole points should also oe shown on this ;ilap. <br /> EXHIBIT U - wildlife, Water Resources, Vegetation and Soils Information <br /> Each of the aoove-mentioned subjects must be addressed as outlined in the applicable <br /> Rule. <br /> EXHI81T E - Reclamation Plan <br /> Aswith the mining plan, this should be a general aiscussion of the metnods, equipment, <br /> phases or stages of the reclamation process and those portions of land affected by each. <br /> If possiole, the plan should be closely correlated with the map. If noz, the narrative <br /> must oe comprehensive enough to draw an accurate verbal picture of the expected <br /> appearance of the area after completion of reclamation. <br />
