<br /> COMPANY, a Colorado corporation ("Grantor") and COTTONWOOD LAND AND FARMS,LLC, a
<br /> Colorado limited liability company, ("Grantee"), whose legal address is P.O. Box 229, Boulder,
<br /> Colorado 80306(Grantee).
<br /> WITNESSETH, That Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
<br /> ($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is
<br /> hereby acknowledged, has remised, released, sold, conveyed and QUITCLAIMED, and by these
<br /> presents does remise, release, sell, convey and QUITCLAIM unto Grantee, its successors and
<br /> assigns,forever,all the right,title,interest, claim and demand which Grantor may have in and to the
<br /> real property, together with improvements, if any, situated, lying and being in Weld County,

<br /> described as follows: Beginning at the SE corner of the SE'/ of the SW'/ of said
<br /> Section, thence North along the East line of said SE'/ of the SW'/ to the county
<br /> road right of way; thence West a distance of 50 feet along the county road right of
<br /> way; thence South parallel to the East boundary line of said SE'/ of the SW'/to a
<br /> point on the South boundary line of said SE'/ of the SWY44; thence East along the
<br /> South boundary line of said SEl/ of the SW'/ a distance of 50 feet to the point of
<br /> beginning.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances
